Graphic Design
As a trained graphic designer, classic design principles, color theory, and typography figure heavily into my work, methods and artistic processes. While I have over 20 years of experience designing brands, marketing and advertising materials for a wide variety of clients, in 2016 I shifted my focus to prioritize working with community-focused businesses and non profit organizations. I currently pursue design collaborations where storytelling is at the core of the the subject matter so as to engage others to connect more deeply with themselves and their community. Prioritizing the telling & preserving of stories that share lessons and experiences of cultural and moral importance is one way to serve the next generation; recognizing the fundamental role of these stories in present and future community building is another.
Below are a few samples of recent collaborations promoting art, culture and local community. If you have such a collaboration in mind for which you need graphic design services, please get in touch to explore if we might be a good fit.
